Welcome to Texora. By using the service, you accept these terms. Texora offers a free plan and paid subscription plans, as described on the pricing page. The service is provided “as is”, with no warranty of availability or freedom from errors.
You need a Google account to access the service. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity performed through it.
You may not use Texora to:
The content you create (stories, characters, etc.) remains your property. You grant Texora a limited, non-exclusive license, strictly necessary to provide you with the service (storage, AI processing, displaying results back to you).
AI features may produce inaccurate, biased, or non-original output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before publishing it or using it commercially. Legal authorship of AI-produced text depends on the applicable jurisdiction.
Texora is in beta. Outages, data loss, changes, or service suspensions may occur without notice. We recommend exporting your projects regularly.
To the extent permitted by law, Texora is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account in case of a violation of these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to paodal@gmail.com.
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: the court of the consumer’s place of residence.
